Steps in Product Development
R2 manages technological development, product development and innovation projects with a focus on the product requested by the customer. R2's experience with managing RD&I projects in the oil and gas industry supports the efficient execution of activities and budget, distributing technological challenges in ICT's with know-how and expertise in Brazil and worldwide and, finally, consolidating the results in the form of the requested product. Project execution takes place according to the following steps:
Hiring
Product definition, deadlines and compatible budget. Among the products developed, we can mention: industrial equipment, sensors, experimental units and physical engineering models to be implemented in software. R2 prepares the roadmap, the schedule, estimates the development costs and the HH and, finally, looks for research groups with experience in the desired activity and interested in establishing the partnership.
R2 contracts a RD&I project with the ICT's research group, if necessary through the supporting foundations, for staff payments.

RD&I Management
R2 performs the financial execution for ICT, acquiring the equipment and inputs necessary for development in an agile and efficient manner. R2 oversees the use of purchased items and the progress of activities in the schedule and roadmap deliveries.

Finalization
R2 accounts for the expenses and, finally, registers the intellectual property in accordance with the items provided for in the contract.
R2 provides the possibility of obtaining cutting-edge technological products developed by highly qualified research groups, without the need for companies to immerse companies in access to cutting-edge research teams.

Consulting, advisory and auditing of RD&I projects are services offered by R2 aiming at:
- Support the project negotiation stage, helping to define budget items, schedule and division of tasks;
- Consolidate scientific products from universities into technological products with commercialization feasibility;
- Promote interactions between ICT's;
- Oversee the execution of RD&I projects by third parties (such as support foundations and ICT's);
- Corrective action to readjust overdue activities;
